The Appeal
These are events are being organised in aid of the Variety “Build A Bus” scheme in which room501 has committed to raising £20,000 over the next two years to raise sufficient funds to build a community bus for a worthy local cause. Room 501 Publishing has become one of the first sponsors of Variety the children’s charity’s (formerly Variety Club) latest campaign, and pledged their support in order to literally pay for a specialist Sunshine Coach, piece by piece. These golf days will assist to contribute to the charity initiative helping to raise money for the campaign. Variety, is the Children’s Charity dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people who need our help. They do this by raising funds for specialist minibuses, wheelchairs, sports equipment, hospital wards, and all sorts of other practical solutions that enable individuals, projects and organisations across the UK to give a wider range of opportunities to the children in their care.
