New start for advisers

A financial advice firm which has been trading on Wearside for over 70 years has rebranded amid sweeping changes to the industry in which it operates.

Key Wealth Management is the new trading name for TTR Barnes Financial Services Limited.

Director Allan Russell said “The sweeping changes brought in by the Financial Services Authority on 1 January 2013 in a bid to improve transparency for clients prompted us to look at the company, and we felt it was time for a new image to coincide with the fresh approach to doing business”.

The firm worked with South Shields-based design agency Urban River to complete the rebrand.
