Northgate gets new non-exec

Van hire firm Northgate has appointed a former Premier Foods manager as a non-executive director as it looks to achieve growth following a period of restructuring.

The Darlington firm – which operates throughout the UK and Spain - has announced that Jill Caseberry will now be advising the business.

Caseberry, aged 47, has extensive sales, marketing and general management experience across a number of blue chip companies including Mars, Pepsi and Premier Foods.

She currently runs her own sales and marketing consultancy and is CEO of a food/beverage start up business.  Prior to setting up these businesses Jill was general manager of a Premier Foods Division.

Northgate chairman Bob Mackenzie said: "I am delighted that Jill has agreed to join the Board as a non-executive director.  She brings a huge amount of sales, marketing and general management experience which will be invaluable as we build on our platform for growth following the successful restructuring programme."
