Clarion appoints HR director

<p>Leeds law firm Clarion has appointed Tracy Booth as HR director to support its ongoing recruitment and staff development programmes.</p>
Tracy is CIPD qualified and has over 20 years’ experience of working in HR within the professional services sector. She joins from TD Waterhouse International in Leeds where she spent 12 years, latterly as HR director. Prior to this, she was HR and graduate recruitment manager at Deloitte & Touche for 10 years.
In her new role, Tracy will be responsible for setting Clarion’s HR strategy and working with the partners to develop the business plan to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans and enhancing the employee experience. Her remit includes all aspects of HR including recruitment and selection, learning and development, reward and recognition, and facilities management. She will also further develop Clarion’s corporate social responsibility agenda.
