Driving firm ventures out

A North East driver training firm has expanded its reach into the Midlands with the launch of a new office there.
Durham Tees Valley Training (DTVT), based in Darlington, has opened a new branch in Worcester on the back of growing demand for its transport industry training.
The new territory will be headed up by John Marlow, who has considerable experience in the sector, having spent several years working in Africa for Caterpillar, designing machines to be used in copper mines there.
DTVT offers training in Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph, Health and Safety, Banksman,Taillift and other aspects of the transport industry. It gives training to individuals as well as to groups of up to 20 people.
