MC sells to offshore group

Welding, fabrication and IT services company MC Ware has sold its mechanical and fabrication business to GST Offshore - now MC Ware Mechanical - for an undisclosed sum.

MC Ware Mechanical, based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, delivers a full engineering services capability.

The disposal of the mechanical and fabrication business to GST will allow MC Ware to focus on its core IT business which includes providing IT installation services to the offshore and marine sector.

MS Ware was advised by commercial law firm The Endeavour Partnership.
